Do you have gluten free products?

Yes. Keye to Healthy offers a wide variety of gluten free items including bread and desserts.

Do you have sugar free products?

Yes. All our items including our meals and bakery products are sugar free.

Do you use artificial sweeteners?

No. We use only natural sweeteners such as xylitol, erythritol or stevia. These sweeteners do not raise your blood sugars.

Can I order items in bulk or do special orders?

Yes. Please contact the store at 336-628-4166.

Do you sell keto approved items?

Yes. We offer many keto items including cheesecake, cookies, candy and more. We also have carb info for most of these items.

Do you know the ingredients and other nutrition information for your products.

Yes. Most of our products include the nutrition information on the label.

Do you have online ordering/shipping?

As of January 12, 2021 we offer online ordering via our online store, also we are happy to ship anything that is not perishable.

Do you sell protein shakes?

Yes. We sell single shakes in the store or you can purchase the powder to make your own at home.

What brand is your shakes and supplements?

We proudly sell Ariix brand products. We offer a wide variety of products including vitamins, detox, energy supplements, and more.

Where do your bakery items and meals come from?

Keye to Healthy does not have a kitchen. We outsource these items from Epic Eats in Lexington, Get It to Go Bakery in Wallburg, Mistys Bakery in Thomasville, Blue House Bakery in Jamestown, A Full Measure in Advance, Just 4 You Meals in High Point and Perfect Portions in Asheboro.
